This Blend of 60% Malbec, 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Tannat is one of the top cult big red wines in Argentina. With dark intense ruby colour with violet notes and starting to show the age through its brown edges, Palo Domingo has red fruit aromas with smooth toasted, tobacco and chocolate notes. In the mouth it is big and complex, with the red fruits very present and the complexity of layers given by the blend and the very unique terroir of Yacochuya. Tannins are present but not invasive and the acidity balance show its great potential to age. It has a very long complex finish. A unique expression of what Yacochuya can do at the top end.
