De Saint-Gall Orpale Blanc de Blancs 2002

Deep gold in colour, the nose reveals vivid notes of candied lemon. On the palate it’s all toasted almond and walnut with smoky tobacco notes lining the mouth to quickly reveal warm notes of hot, buttered bread. The finish is a joyous ode to the “mineral” touch, refreshing and incredibly long.
