This has an incredibly elegant nose of red and black cherries along with a fine touch of sweet, cedar spice. The aromas are so measured; nothing feels heavy yet the concentration and focus is clear. The palate immediately gives the impression of cool fruit with just-picked, ripe raspberries and blackberries in abundance. The fruit is so juicy and all held in suspension with a lovely stoney purity coming through along with a summer pudding refreshment.
