Domaine Gigou Jus de Terre 2022

Comparatively young 20-30 year old vines and a drier style make this very drinkable right now. Bright and fresh, this is richer than you might with saline minerality, a red-apple ‘bite’ and lots of thirst-quenching acidity. A moreish Chenin for the sunshine.
