Bertrand Ambroise NSG 2018

This is full-bodied with wonderful, intense, red and black cherry flavours. It is a beautiful Burgundian perfumed Pinot Noir with a savoury edge. The oak is well integrated, adding touches of spice without being obtrusive. The finish is extremely long and supple. An excellent partner to duck, goose or game birds.
