Consensus Pinot Noir Touriga 2022

An intriguing blend that combines Portugal`s finest red variety, Touriga Nacional, with the elegant and fragrant Pinot Noir selected from the Quinta de Porto Franco on the Atlantic coast north of Lisbon. It is a deep ruby colour, showing intense and complex red fruit aromas. The palate is full bodied with extremely concentrated fruit balanced by rich tannins, ripe cassis and summer fruit flavours complemented by dried fruit and spice notes and a hint of vanilla. The finish is dry and extremely persistent. Serve with grilled meats, lamb or pork casseroles, roast suckling pig, game or strong cheeses.
