Spumante Rosato “DDD Rosé” by Duca di Dolle is the first rosé sparkling wine produced by this Veneto-based winery. The pure Pinot Noir grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand in the second half of August and then vinified using the Charmat method. The colour is pink with violet reflections, the bouquet brings to mind notes of small red fruits accompanied by floral aromas of rose and cherry blossom. The taste is fresh, creamy, enveloping, mineral and with a long finish and savoury tones
