This is a blend of several white vintages with an average age of more than ten years. Yellow-amber in colour, it has a complex and intense aroma of dried fruits and honey, complemented by the influence of its aging in wooden casks. On the palate it’s smooth and sweet, with a rich, fresh and elegant finish. Best served slightly chilled, perhaps with some olives or toasted almonds.
