The first release from the Boatyard Distillery in Lough Erne, Northern Ireland, is Boatyard Double Gin! It’s made with an organically produced wheat spirit, which goes through a double contact distillation process and infused with botanicals including sweet gale, grains of paradise, angelica, lemon, orris, liquorice root, coriander and juniper. The result is light and elegant with citrus and crisp juniper up front, backed up by balanced floral notes and sweet liquorice with vanilla on the finish.
