Le Sentier is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and is an appealingly cherry red in your glass. Expect aromas of red and black fruit along with hints of pomegranate which produces a wine of great freshness and superb tension. Once if your mouth the wine opens with fresh summer fruits such as wild cherry and finishes with some well balanced spicy, peppery and floral notes.
