Cantina Diomede’s ‘Canace’ Nero di Troia is a full-bodied red wine showing vitality and complexity and finesse. Deep red in colour with notes of violet, it features warm spices, cocoa, coffee, liquorice, and ripe berry fruit. Rich on the palate with plummy, leathery flavours, macerated black cherries, the lingering spice and tannins are balanced with fresh acidity. All this makes it ideal for pairing with red meats, aged cheeses, and game.
