A very interesting and promising grape, Doral is a cross between Chardonnay and Chasselas. Stronger bodied than Chasselas and fruitier than Chardonnay.
Bright straw yellow, with flashes of green, on the nose there is a deep aroma of apricot, peach and pear, delicate white flowers and aromatic spices such as nutmeg. A complex, fresh and fruity wine where sweetness and acidity blend seamlessly with the fruit flavours to deliver a truly delicious drop.
