The rich fig and red apple fruits create a compelling contrast with crisp acidity and tight grapefruit and lemon notes. Three years on lees makes for generous maturity, reinforcing honey and fruit cake spice and a deliciously creamy texture. Wonderful, easy drinking freshness.
