With a kiss of oak ageing this complex, full and foodie rose by Chateau Paquette has brilliant character. With a creamy texture from the oak and wonderful freshness from fruit picked at dawn, Themis is Rose that can impress at the dinner table just as well as any premium Red or White.
Expect a complex, dry, fresh and incredibly pale Rose. Notes of raspberry, apricot, grapefruit, raw almonds and fistfuls of minerality. This, blending with a long finish, aided by the ageing process, and balanced with a wonderful acidity is what makes Themis so special.
You can really taste the care and quality within this wine, it’s a shame that only 600 barrels were made.
