A Grenache dominant red blend with smaller percentages of Syrah and Mourvèdre making up the blend from vines aged 60 years old on average. Powerful on the nose, with complex notes of cinnamon, cooked fruits and Morello cherry carrying through on a rich palate with vanilla and peppery nuances. Pair with lamb, duck and red mullet dishes.
