On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and exceptionally smooth, with flavours of ripe pear and tropical fruit, balanced by a subtle oak influence. This wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, adding complexity and texture to the wine. Perfect on its own or paired with grilled seafood or roasted chicken.
