Sourced from an unspeakably old plot of the local Turbiana grown within 500 metres of Lake Garda this is all harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the epic levels of mineral, stone fruit and floral notes that jump out of the glass. It’s surprisingly ageworthy, too, so you can buy a case and stick a few bottles away. Magic with roast chicken.
